A new semester brings new faces and new energy to our lab! Welcome our newest members, Tori Budin and Lily Lincoln, who are both working towards MS degrees in Food Science. Check out their bios on our Members page.
We were also able to move into a new student office space! That gave us a chance for a unique lab bonding activity – building desks.
